Proactive maintenance is key to ensuring that your equipment is performing to the highest standard possible and is safe for you to use and enjoy. It can also extend the life of your equipment to ensure that you get the best long-term use out of it.
We provide planned service and maintenance agreements to suit your requirements - this may be weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or annually. You might not know how often you would like to receive planned maintenance visits, and we will discuss this with you in more detail to determine what is best for you and your equipment.
A typical service and maintenance provision will include the following:
a comprehensive water test using a digital photometer
vacuum of pool, netting of leaves and brush of walls/floors
backwash of filters/clean cartridge filter
dose chemicals and advisory discussion of any issues
If an issue develops with your equipment, we understand that a swift turnaround is needed to resolve the problem quickly and with care. We offer competitive call out rates and can be contacted 7 days a week. As with all of our services, we are transparent and honest in our pricing and charges.
We provide seasonal services including pool openings and winter closures, so that you can safely enjoy your pool all year round.
